Returns policy:

Sales of the items for reduced prices (including ‘3 for the price of 2’ items) are final and returns of such items are not accepted.

In case you wish to return your order (purchased at the full price), please let me know via email (info@demureamsterdam.com) within 1 week of the arrival of the item and return the item with delivery method with a tracking option, at your cost. Upon receipt of the returned item, if there is no obvious soil/damage, I will issue arrange for a refund of the amount you paid minus the initial postage/card processing cost to be made to your account of payment.
